The product
Adalah builds a training programme from a thirteen-step assessment, tracks every session and puts an AI coach on top that answers from the lifter's own logbook rather than from the internet. It works offline and signed out; an account is offered last, once the app has already proved useful.
Onboarding
One question per screen: a scroll-wheel age picker, draggable weight and height rulers, a six-point fitness dial, picture cards for goals and location, and equipment as plain option rows. Interstitials break up the questions, and a build screen shows the programme being assembled before the first workout.
The programme engine
Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Arnold, Bro Split, Full Body and Powerbuilding, generated from goals, experience and equipment. Equipment is a hard filter, not a preference: choose bodyweight and the plan is bodyweight. Sessions survive reloads, the clock keeps running while you are elsewhere, and an empty session is refused rather than written into history.
Coach and business model
The coach reads logged sets, PRs and recovery and adapts the week. Free users get the full planner and two meal scans a month as a bounded sample; Pro unlocks the coach, unlimited routines and history for AED 14.99 a month or AED 129.99 a year. The design system is a warm orange on ink and paper, with one accent doing all the work.
